Nathaniel Rodriguez Sosa
Nathaniel brings to GoodCitizen experience in executive search, and passion for mission-driven work. As a Senior Associate, Nathaniel manages logistics, provides research support, and facilitates other administrative needs to ensure a successful search.
Before GoodCitizen, Nathaniel served as a Senior Search Coordinator at Isaacson, Miller, where he supported teams by coordinating logistics for executive searches, primarily in the healthcare and higher education spaces. As a commitment to Equity and Inclusion, Nathaniel became a founding member of Isaacson, Miller’s EDI committee, where he evaluated current mentorship structures and worked with the Learning and Development team to create EDI trainings.
Prior to executive search, Nathaniel worked at Texas State University as a Graduate Instructional Assistant. Nathaniel assisted instructors in the educational process, while also collaborating with faculty and staff, to ensure representation of the experiences of underrepresented people and social justice issues in the Philosophy Dialogue Series. Additionally, Nathaniel facilitated campus resources and provided guidance to LGBTQIAP+ students.
Nathaniel holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Applied Philosophy and Ethics from Texas State University.
Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys exploring the culinary scene in New York City, cooking, going to the theater, catching a good film, or enjoying a night in at home with his dog.
