Mollie Vermillion
Mollie provides project management support for GoodCitizen searches, supports client and candidate relationships, and helps design and implement the research strategy. She ensures that the searches are being completed according to timelines and anticipates both the needs of the search team and any potential roadblocks with the search. Mollie also manages administrative tasks associated with a search, including scheduling search milestones, creating materials for clients, updating candidate databases, and providing support during interviews and meetings. She has supported clients like the McKnight Foundation and Hewlett Foundation and considers executive search work a huge responsibility. Helping clients find the right candidates is, in many ways, playing a role in influencing the leadership of the social sector at large.
Mollie has a professional background in international development and gender policy. Before joining GoodCitizen in 2019, she interned at EMILY’s List and the Center for International Private Enterprise, one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy.
Mollie holds a master’s degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Development and Gender Policy from The George Washington University.
When Mollie isn’t working with clients, you can find her cooking new recipes or training and cuddling her dog Hugo.
