Mollie Vermillion
Mollie provides research, and candidate outreach support for GoodCitizen’s searches. She enjoys learning more about her client’s needs and designing a comprehensive candidate search strategy to identify new talent that transforms the organization at pivotal moments in their growth. She ensures searches are completed in a timely manner and anticipates both the needs of the search team and any potential roadblocks with the search. She has supported a range of clients, from place-based nonprofits to international philanthropies and NGOs, including Mission Capital, Waverley Street Foundation, and Ocean Conservancy. She considers executive search work a huge responsibility. Helping clients find the right candidates is, in many ways, playing a role in influencing the leadership of the social sector at large.
Mollie has a professional background in international development and gender policy. Before joining GoodCitizen in 2019, she interned at EMILY’s List and the Center for International Private Enterprise, one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy.
Mollie holds a master’s degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Development and Gender Policy from The George Washington University.
When Mollie isn’t working with clients, you can find her cooking new recipes or training and cuddling her dog Hugo.
