Megan Kraus

Megan brings experience in executive search and passion for mission-driven work to GoodCitizen. As a Senior Associate, Megan manages logistics, provides research support, and facilitates other administrative needs to ensure a successful search.

Before GoodCitizen, Megan served as a Senior Search Coordinator at Robert Half Executive Search, where she supported search teams by coordinating logistics for executive searches, primarily in the greater Texas and Northeast Regions. While with Robert Half, Megan was a member of their LGBTQIA+ Employee Network, Belong. 

Prior to executive search, Megan worked as an Event Support Coordinator as a primary support contact on logistics and special tasks for B2B and B2C pop-culture events.

Megan holds a BA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Gender and Women’s Studies. 

Outside of work, Megan enjoys running games of Dungeons & Dragons for her friends, trying new local restaurants, and spending time at home with her cat.
