Kevin Bryant
Kevin is an experienced social impact recruiter with a track record of leading executive searches for some of the nation’s most esteemed organizations. At GoodCitizen, Kevin guides foundations and nonprofits through critical moments of leadership transition. He has supported organizations making impact across a broad array of issues from education, arts, housing, poverty, technology and climate. Kevin takes a relational approach to his support of clients and brings a lens of equity and justice to every search.
Before joining GoodCitizen, Kevin was an Associate Partner at Edgility Consulting, where he played a crucial role in the firm’s considerable growth. As part of the team, Kevin managed a portfolio of national clients across multiple sectors and significantly contributed to elevating the firm’s prominence in executive searches, particularly in diversity placements. Over three years, Kevin and his team placed more than thirty Black and Brown leaders into senior leadership positions.
Before moving into executive search, Kevin led nonprofit recruiting in-house as the Director of Recruitment at Uncommon Schools. At the time, Uncommon ran 52 high-performing schools serving 20,000 Black and Brown scholars across New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. His team of 21 recruiters was responsible for annual hiring at all levels of the network.
Kevin holds a master’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University. An avid traveler, Kevin lived abroad and remotely from ten different countries. He also enjoys being active, from CrossFit to tennis.
