Celene is a trusted and valued member of the GoodCitizen team, known for her ability to keep internal operations running smoothly and efficiently. She plays a key role in refining systems, improving workflows, and ensuring that teams remain focused and accountable in delivering high-quality work.

With a background in client services and project management and a deep commitment to mission-driven organizations, she brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her work. Celene has been working on executive searches since 2018, and she has developed a deep understanding of GoodCitizen’s people, practices, and purpose. In her current role as Manager of Operations and Special Projects, she draws on this experience to strengthen internal infrastructure, support team performance, and drive long-term operational effectiveness across the firm.

Before joining GoodCitizen, Celene served as a philanthropy intern with Landesa, and worked as a Peer Career Advisor at Seattle Pacific University helping students with job searches and professional materials. She also interned with CEA Study Abroad, where she helped develop a study abroad program in France.

Celene holds bachelor’s degrees in Global Development and Political Science, with an emphasis in International Affairs, from Seattle Pacific University.

In her free time, Celene enjoys reading, cooking new recipes for her partner and dog, and leading group aerobics classes.
